For the more challenging business situations, complex decision making, problem-solving, presenting difficult messages, creative thinking, and relationship building, we bring in techniques from the world of theatre and music. Many of the Open Limits team are qualified and experienced theatre performers, directors, and musicians as well as having had a solid track record of management and leadership in corporates, public sector organisations, and charities.

Each client programme focuses on specific business and personal development objectives. Actors work with the facilitators and the group, through carefully designed group and individual activities. Participants explore personal motivations and drivers, rehearse different types of encounter and discover new ways to handle barriers and opportunities at work. Participants build depth and breadth of knowledge and intuitive understanding of authentic, influential leadership, plus practical strategies and tactics for when everything is just going wrong. The business world really is a stage!

We are delighted to announce our collaboration with the Royal West of England Academy (RWA) in Bristol – to create a new workshop event Creative Thinking, Creative Working. This is a truly inspiring cross-discipline exchange of creative working practices with the artist Academicians at the RWA and the group of corporate leaders and managers.
